Ron Walters is the Chief Revenue Officer & Senior Managing Partner at endevis, specializing in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).  At endevis, Ron is part of the executive leadership team where he assists in driving strategic initiatives throughout all of endevis’s business solution groups.  Additionally, Ron has led the RPO division since 2012.  Ron has been worked in the outsourced recruiting industry for 25+ years. 

Prior to joining endevis in 2008Ron worked for a short time at Adecco who had acquired Talent Track an organization where Ron served as an Owner/Partner and Executive Vice President of Business Development.  Talent Track was recognized as part of the HRO Today Baker’s Dozen for the immediate 3 years prior to acquisition.  Prior to Ron’s time as an executive at Talent Track, he served as President of an RPO solution group called Talent Solutions before being acquired by Talent Track. 

Ron began his career with AIM Executive working his way up in the organization from a recruiter to Managing Director before AIM was acquired by Spherion Solutions.  He spent several years at Spherion leading different business solution groups before ultimately launching one of the first RPO solutions in the United States. 

Ron received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo where he majored in Human Resources.  Ron serves passionately as a board member for the Toledo Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Habitat for Humanity, and the Toledo School for the Arts.  Ron’s family includes his wife Jodi and 3 daughters Olivia, Mei-Lin, and Sadie.
