Jeff Gill, Director of Client Solutions
Jeff Gill has been promoted to Director of Client Solutions for endevis. Jeff joined endevis in August 2015
"Over the past six and half years, Jeff has consistently demonstrated our core values and has been a major contributor to the continued sales growth for our professional contract staffing group. He has developed and cultivated multiple strong relationships with many of our valued clients. His strong leadership, enthusiasm and ability to motivate a team has led to his promotion. When asked about his new position, Jeff said "I'm extremely excited to start pushing the limits of our sales potential and creatively developing new solutions for our clients."
Jeff brings 10 years of military experience and more than 13 years of recruiting expereince to the job. He graduated the University of Toledo with studies in Marketing/ Sales and Law. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with friends and his family, which includes his wife and two daughters.
Lauren Harlow Director of Operations, RPO
Lauren Helm is returning to endevis as our new Director of Operations, RPO. Her role is going to be critical for expanding our RPO efforts.
Lauren has been in recruiting her entire career with 12 years of experience in RPO, HR, TA, Staffing/ Agency, Perm, and Executive Search. She has worked with both Fortune 100 and 500 clients, international/ global accounts, and multi million dollar contracts. In her spare time she enjoys what she calls "hobby farming" Lauren has over 30 chickens of various breeds at her Ohio home. She lives with her husband, who is a former Marine, and 7 year old daughter. Lauren graduated from Miami University with a Bachelors degree in Organization Leadership and Communication.

Lauren will play a key role in the growth of the RPO group and will collaborate closely with the Director of Client Solutions and the Director of Staffing & Search Operations. Lauren has a demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams of all sizes, and we look forward to seeing her lead the RPO team to success." -Mick, Mark, and Ron

Bill Dean Director of Operations, Staffing and Search
Bill Dean has been promoted to Director of Operations, Staffing and Search.
"We are very excited to announce the promotion of Bill Dean to Director of Operations- Staffing and Search Bill brings 20+ years of well rounded and in-depth recruiting and talent solutions experience, with extensive focus on the operational/ delivery side of the business. His role will focus on building efficiencies with respect to our delivery capabilities across people/ employees, processes, technology, and metrics/ analytics." - Mick Fecko, Mark Melfi, and Ron Walters
Bill has been in the talent industry for over 22 years and has touched almost every sector of the industry. He started his career in direct placement and contract working as Recruiter and Account Manager, then spent 11 years in RPO working as an Account Manager and Director of Operations. The value that drives him the most is "help first", from the candidate and client perspective. In his free time he participates in sports, such as cycling, tennis, and golf. He also enjoys spending any free time with his family and/ or projects at home.
