There is a podcast these days for nearly everything, even in business. What we noticed, however, is there was a shortage of podcasts devoted to the idea of talent attraction & leadership meant to raise engagement and retention.
So, we felt it was time that endevis entered the foray with our very own. With the launch of The Talent Tide Podcast, Chris Nichols, our VP of Marketing, will be interviewing business leaders and service providers devoted to driving better employee attraction, retention, and engagement.
What Is The Talent Tide Podcast?
It’s a bi-weekly show in a broad interview format where the business world's best talent practitioners are questioned by the show host, Chris Nichols. Taking a page from Chris' podcast mentor, Andy Storch's highly successful podcast, The Talent Development Hot Seat, Talent Tide will feature real professionals leading real people and service providers providing real value-added services.
How Can I Listen to the Show?
Talent Tide will be available on iTunes, Stitcher, Spotify, and all other podcast listening apps. You’ll also be able to read episode notes & transcripts and listen to the show on the show's home page at endevis.com.

And now, a few words from our host…
What are you most excited about for the launch of The Talent Tide Podcast?
Chris: For me, I'm excited to share with our audience so many of the great things people are doing across the talent space. My hope for this podcast is that we create a rising tide that will allow all of our listeners ships to elevate.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
Chris: What year? Honestly, I wanted to be basketball player for as far back I can remember. Once I had enough self-awareness to realize that my height and athletic ability were going to keep me from achieving that particular accomplishment, I proceeded to coach basketball.
Ultimately, the idea of working in education skewed that dream and I landed in the world of college athletics where I thought I wanted to be an Athletic Director. I finally gave that dream up when I realized you had zero control over your own success and wanted to make a way for myself in the areas I had passion for: sales & marketing.
