During the project initiation stage, the leadership is in the weeds. In the beginning the reliance on leadership is immensely high, but with time starts to dwindle. The Process variations reveal themselves, and you start to experience group development stages. Communication patterns are established and organizational recruiting patterns are identified.

Thirdly, do not overreact to the storming stage. Stay positive throughout the process!
Furthermore, you should not allow informal governance and escalation. Create a formal plan to help lead you

There are several best practices that should be followed during Project Initiation stage.
By following this roadmap, you will set yourself up for success!
