“I am humbled and grateful for the recognition. I feel we are in exciting times with the transformation taking place throughout the industry,” said Walters. “Our focus is to help organizations navigate the infusion of artificial intelligence into a process which is driven by human intelligence. We are here to serve our clients and provide the right intelligent workflow and solution to fit their organization.”

Per HRO Today editorial staff, 2020 has “reshaped the economy and business world, driving significant disruption in the technology space and fundamentally transforming the way work gets done. In this climate, HR leaders have taken center stage, leading their workforces through the pandemic with an eye for employee well-being, connectivity, and agility. HR has stepped up like never before, claiming a key seat at the table as their organizations navigate an uncertain future.”

endevis recently received accolades in the HRO Today's "Baker's Dozen" Recruitment Process Outsourcing annual standings, improving their ranking substantially from 2019, moving from 12th to 1st in the Midsize category and from 7th to 4th in Healthcare. Healthcare is the only industry-specific category that HRO Today measures. While finishing 1st overall in the Mid-Market category, endevis finished 12th overall among the global competition in customer satisfaction.
In the healthcare category, endevis ranked 3rd in the overall breadth of service behind only worldwide competitors Cielo & Sevenstep, respectively.

Appearance on the list signifies that a service provider delivers a high standard of quality, resulting in superior customer satisfaction. HRO Today included endevis on their “Mid-Market” & Healthcare lists, which honored excellence for engagements resulting in upwards of 25,000 hires, annually.

“This is now the 3rd straight year that we have achieved a ranking on the Baker’s Dozen,” said Walters. “I believe our ranking is a reflection of our emphasis on endevis Core Values like 'Help-First' & 'Results Driven' that our clients have felt directly."
