RPOA has named Chass Rice a recipient of the 2021 Rising Woman in RPO Award. This award is a part of the first ever women in RPO Awards. The awards program was launched in celebration of International Women's Day and Women's History Month. In order to receive the award, candidates must be nominated by their peers. A coworker was asked why Chass was nominated for the award, and she responded by saying,
"Not only is Chass a woman in the industry, but a minority woman. However, that does not define her. It's her work ethic, passion, and strong process-driven mindset that separates her!"
Currently, Chass is an Account Manager for our RPO team at endevis, who is a provider of total workforce solutions across the country. Chass was nominated for the award because of her excellent ability to serve clients and her strong work ethic. She has shown her leadership skills and determination to succeed by stepping up in the middle of the pandemic to take on three healthcare accounts. This alone speaks volumes about her character and achievements in the workplace.
