You may know Job.com is the fourth most visited career site on the Internet, and provides valuable services to both job seekers and employers nationwide to help connect the right candidates with the right jobs. But who is Job.com, exactly? Here are a few quick facts to introduce ourselves:
- Job.com’s office is located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Don’t know where that is? You’re not alone. Fredericksburg is about a 40-minute drive south of Washington, D.C. It’s a small town with a rich historic downtown and plenty of D.C. commuters.
- We are a small business with about 30 employees, which means we do a lot with a small crew.
- We have quarterly potluck lunches, which allow us to show off our culinary accomplishments (or bring in really good store-bought pasta salad!)
- Job.com sponsors a local concert venue, the Job.com Pavilion, and we have a presence at each concert in the summer time (free t-shirts, anyone?). Big names such as Lynyrd Skynyrd and Blake Shelton have performed in past years, and we look forward seeing who will stop by for the 2012 season!
